I can't believe it... This girl won Miss Emerald City! TiArra is one of those girls who is just all around beautiful- her heart and soul shines through with everything she does. Not only has this girl shown the power of determination, but that when you set your heart, mind, and soul to pursue your dreams, they will come true! We lucked out and got to shoot in the snow and have the sun out to celebrate with us. As you can imagine, we had our fair share of hugs, laughing, catching up and of course, going over all the pretty details of this next year as she reigns as Miss Emerald City 2019. I'm so proud of her and can't wait to see all of her growth and success!
